CLaNZeRS 18 point Steorn Orbo replication part 5

Part 5 of progress on replicating Steorn E-Orbo. Now the Demo is over I feel that we now have all the parts of the Jigsaw puzzle to replicate. I have layed out 18 points that I feel need to be done to get to the same result, if Steorns claim holds true. Due to my NDA with Steorn I cannot release certain information and have removed sound from this video. But will post progress where I can and will show the result at the end, whether if works or not. I let Youtube choose the random music, so blame them LOL Sorry if the rig seems really tall, think I had the camera set to 16:9 instead of 4:3

Viscous Remanent Magnetization (VRM) measurement for the Steorn Orbo motor

The purpose of this test is to measure the Viscous Remanent Magnetization decay Vs the time of the toroïdal ferromagnetic core used in the Steorn Orbo motor v4.1. When the 1st rotor magnet lives the toroïdal core, the ferromagnetic material of the core remains temporarily magnetized to the opposite polarity of the leaving magnet due to the VRM effect. So, the 2nd rotor magnet will be more attracted by this temporarily magnetized core during its approach. The time of the VRM decay is very important to get free energy from this process and its tuning is critical… more info at : jnaudin.free.fr

The new Steorn motor v2 by Jean-Louis Naudin

This new version of the Steorn motor V2 uses higher inductance coils (L=12mH) and require 10 less current than the previous version v1. The power input is 4.8 W ( 0.4 A at 12 Vdc ). More technical informations are published at : jnaudin.free.fr

Please see my previous video first. I have now completely removed all toroid drive coils so the motor is no longer a Steorn motor replication but is now an extremely efficient pulse motor running on a D cell battery which appears to sustain it’s voltage when connected to this motor. The motor now runs at 120 RPM. For further details & schematic, please see www.overunity.com thread “STEORN DEMO LIVE & STREAM in Dublin, December 15th, 10 AM” for further details.

The Steorn motor replication : reversing the polarity test

The Steorn magnetic motor replication by Jean-Louis Naudin. In this video, If the polarity of the stator coil is reversed, there is no change in the rotation… This is a successfull replication of the Steorn motor presented by Sean McCarthy on dec 15, 2009 at Dublin. There is no BackEMF and an asymetric regauging. The motor converts the magnetic potential energy into kinetic energy. More info at JLN Labs : jnaudin.free.fr

Steorn Motor Replication – Amazing!!!

First test run of my Steorn motor replication. Utterly amazing!!! Using just two toroidal coils I can get this motor to over 2000 RPM with just 100ma of power at 12V input!!!! See Steorn Demo Live thread on overunity.com for details.

Steorn Magnet Motor Build 1.8

Hello again everyone…I continue to work towards a self running STEORN Magnet Motor. This is just my initial build and involves some of the mechanical aspects as I add my second row of magnets on the bottom of the others. The top magnets are South Pole facing out and the Bottom magnets are North Pole facing out. I am doing it step by step, so that when it works, no one can ask how it was done, they just need to simply view all of the videos for details. The Steorn device needs to be put together with precision and attention to detail. I will be using mostly every day parts for my build. So stay tuned, and let’s watch the progress together…

Well, I am back! And we are going to achieve a self running STEORN Magnet Motor. This is just my initial setup, as I gather parts. In the next several video’s you will actually see me begin to put things together. The Steorn device needs to be put together with precision and attention to detail. I will be using mostly every day parts for my build. So stay tuned, and let’s watch the progress together…

The New Steorn motor V3 replication by JL Naudin

Here the new Steorn motor v3, a more closer replication by Jean-Louis Naudin of the original demo rig version presented on Dec 15, 2009 in Dublin by Steorn… This model is used as a test bench for a various measurements The previous Hall effect probe used to trigger the coils have replaced by an optical sensor with black shutters for a better tuning…. Steorn motor V3: Canceling the Back EMF, How To ?

Here an interesting experiment which shows that Back EMF exist and can be measured and also CANCELED in the toroïdal stator coils. You will notice that the position where the Back EMF is fully cancelled is very precise and a fine tuning must be done. More info at : jnaudin.free.fr
